As President and CEO, as well as a member of the IPG Board of Directors, Vince is focused on advancing IPG's growth and evolution, while further building out its customer base and product portfolio. Before joining IPG, Coppola most recently served as President and CEO of Triad, a musculoskeletal care management company. After leading the company in significant growth and profitability, Coppola stayed on as CEO with the company after the acquisition by MedSolutions in 2013 to assist in a successful integration and its continued growth. Coppola’s previous experience includes serving as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Blue Shield of California, where he developed strategies to increase the company’s market position and competitiveness. Earlier, he served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development of Magellan Health Services where he developed and executed a plan to successfully expand into Radiology and Specialty Pharmacy. Coppola also held leading positions at United Health Group, Cigna, JP Morgan Chase and GE Capital.

As the Chief Operating Officer for IPG, Julie’s 20 plus years of healthcare experience gave her a wealth of knowledge in growing strong teams and driving organizational excellence. At IPG, Julie’s focus is on optimizing the company’s operational and business management capabilities in support of company growth. She also ensures the connectivity between IPG and their health plan and provider clients to ultimately serve all customers. Prior to her appointment, Julie spent eight years with Blue Shield of California as a senior executive, where she ran the individual business unit and focused on network programs and strategy. Most recently, she served as a consultant to Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA) where she led the value based care team working closely with key physician and payer partners at multiple surgery centers. Julie also held leadership positions at Dignity Health, Pepsi-Cola, in management consulting, and as a U.S. Naval Officer. Julie earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the United States Naval Academy, and received her MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management. In her spare time, Julie serves on a number of non-profit boards supporting women’s education, domestic violence prevention, and the underserved populations. She enjoys biking, hiking, and surfing and occasionally gets her college-aged daughter to join her.

Sherwin Krug has more than 20 years of CFO, COO and CEO experience with high growth venture-backed technology companies, from start-up through mid-market. Sherwin’s experience includes: finance, operations, M&A, legal, HR, marketing and product management. Most recently Sherwin was the Founder/CEO of AppointmentCity.com, a funded internet start-up that enabled prospective patients to book appointments with physicians in a real time setting. Sherwin built and successfully ran the company through its sale to Colorado -based Healthagen in January 2011. Prior to that Sherwin was the COO of MFG.com, a high growth venture-backed global internet marketplace for the manufacturing industry. Sherwin had direct responsibility for all operations and led their European acquisitions, and the set-up of operations in China. In addition, prior to that Sherwin was the CFO for Tectonic Network, a micro-cap public company primarily focused on payment processing software. Even prior to that, Sherwin served as CFO for CMD Group, a 1,200 employee worldwide database company, through its sale to Reed Elsevier plc for $300 million. Sherwin spent the first 10 years of his career with Ernst & Young in both its Johannesburg, South Africa, and Atlanta offices, where he focused on entrepreneurial growth companies including positioning them for successful IPO’s. Sherwin is a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Accounting Science Honors from the University of South Africa.

With twenty years of experience in health care strategy and product and business development, Neepa brings valuable experience working closely with payers in various leadership roles, including the 41 BCBS health plans during her time at the BCBS Association. Most recently, she served as Vice President for Strategic Partnerships at AVIA Health Innovation, assisting health systems with sourcing and adopting emerging technology solutions. Neepa has also held Executive positions at Evolent Health and AIM Specialty Management. At AIM, Neepa was instrumental in making AIM the leading Radiology Benefits Management company which was subsequently acquired by Anthem BCBS, where she then became an Executive with Anthem post acquisition.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Duke University and a Master of Health Services Administration from University of Michigan. With a strong understanding of both the challenges and opportunities facing the health care industry, Neepa will be a tremendous asset to our business growth and we are excited to have her on the executive team.

As chief innovation officer for IPG, Brian Holt is responsible for driving the company’s health plan engagement and product development strategies to ensure that IPG is providing long-term, strategic alignment with its health plan client’s objectives. Brian excels in defining and delivering best-in-case creative strategies for IPG’s health plan clients that effectively meet their financial goals, while improving health care provider satisfaction. Since joining IPG in 2013 as vice president of strategic development, Brian has successfully interfaced with many of IPG’s key health plan clients and manufacturer partners, consulting with them on program alignment, reimbursement/pricing strategy, network optimization, and new technology introduction. Prior to working with IPG, Brian has held leadership positions in marketing, corporate strategy, and network management at BCBSNC, and sales and business development at Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp). Brian graduated from the University of South Carolina, and holds a MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Alabama – Birmingham.

With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, Anne’s unique mix of strategic and operational experience is a key asset for both IPG and our clients. Anne continues to grow IPG’s footprint with health plan clients to help them gain maximum value from their partnership with IPG. Her focus is on management, reporting and value demonstration through customized execution, implementation and optimization of the IPG program for new and existing health plan partners. Prior to joining IPG, Anne worked in a variety of leadership positions, serving both providers and health plans. Most recently Anne held several leadership positions at AIM Specialty Health in Chicago, Illinois, focusing on client retention and management, which resulted in exponential growth for the company. Her experience managing the preferred provider networks for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee Health Benefit Plan (FEP) gives her a comprehensive understanding of the BCBS claims management process.

Since starting with IPG in 2011, Kerry has created IPG’s Marketing Strategy to rebrand and reposition the company to create a fundamental shift from being a single solution, product-based sale, to an integrated comprehensive suite of solutions delivered through value-based, consultative selling that creates long-term partnership opportunities for our customers and diversification of our revenue sources. Kerry has successfully delivered the IPG marketing strategy while continuing to further strengthen the IPG brand, company value and industry leadership. She continues to generate ideas and new programs to support key initiatives for the organization through the use of data, analytics, and the tools and integrated marketing strategies needed to drive market expansion opportunities. Kerry graduated Florida State University as a Cum Laude graduate in 1997. When she’s not at work, Kerry enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys.
